Unexpected Nationwide Shutdown of ATM Solutions Impacts Members Choice Credit Union ATMs

April 4, 2025

Ashland, KY – On Tuesday, April 4, 2025, ATM Solutions abruptly ceased operations without providing advance notice to its clients across the nation. At this time, ATM Solutions is the provider of many ATMs and ATM-related services for Members Choice Credit Union.

As a result of their sudden and unannounced shutdown, most Members Choice Credit Union ATMs are currently out of service until further notice. However, our Grayson branch remains fully operational and is not affected by this outage. We want to make it clear that this disruption is not due to any actions or oversight by Members Choice Credit Union. We were notified of the closure at the same time as the general public and were not given any opportunity to prepare or respond in advance.

In the meantime, members are encouraged to continue using Alliance One ATMs, which can be located at:  https://www.allianceone.coop/a1atm/find

Additionally, any ATM transaction fees incurred during this outage will be fully refunded to our members until services are restored.

We understand the inconvenience this causes and deeply regret the impact on our members. Please rest assured that we are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly and effectively as possible. Our team is already in the process of transitioning to a new ATM service provider, and we are taking every necessary step to ensure a smooth and secure transition.

Once our ATM systems are fully restored, all members will be promptly notified.
