System Upgrade Weekend
In order to successfully perform our System Upgrade, we will be temporarily closed during the week of October 31, 2023.
Please be aware that online and mobile banking will not be available after 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31. Members will also need to enroll in our new online banking system beginning Friday, November 3.

How to Prepare
Taking a few minutes to prepare will ensure that you have an easier time navigating the System Upgrade. Printing previous statements and bill pay information are a couple of ways online banking users can prepare. Click on our guide below to make sure you are prepared for the System Upgrade.
eStatements
If you are enrolled in eStatements please download or print at least the last 12 months of statements as you will no longer have access to these after October 31, 2023 You will need to enroll in our new online banking system on or after November 3, 2023 to continue to receive eStatements. Note: All members, including eStatement users, will receive a final paper statement containing October 2023 history. These statements will be mailed to the current address we have on file. To update your address, please contact us at 606.329.7876.
iPay
All payees and established transfers will transfer to members' new online banking accounts.
eAlerts
You will need to reestablish your alerts in our new online banking system. The last day you will receive eAlerts will be Tuesday, October 31, 2023. You will also notice more options for eAlerts in our new online banking system.
Be Prepared Checklist
1 Know your account balance before 1 pm on October 31.
2 Mark the upgrade dates on your calendar.
3 Plan for any special needs.
4 Schedule your bill payments before the conversion dates.
5 Take care of any special transactions before the conversion dates (Loans, new accounts, changes, etc.).
6 Keep enough cash hand (ATM/Debit amounts may be limited).
7 Share this information with joint account holders.
8 Make sure we have your best contact information prior to conversion.
Top 5 things you should know about the conversion:
1 Your account information is safe and secure.
2 Your Debit card will still work during the conversion.
3 All offices and systems will be closed from 1 pm October 31 – 8 am November 3
4 Your online account username and password will change.
5 All previously scheduled payments will process as normal during the closure.
Account Information
Account Numbers
Your existing account number(s) will remain unaffected by our System Upgrade.
Debit and Credit Cards
Your existing VISA® debit and credit cards will continue to work after our System Upgrade. Your Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) will also remain unaffected.
Checks
You can continue to use your current Members Choice CU checks. Our third-party check provider will also remain the same, should you need to place a reorder.
Direct Deposit
Your direct deposits will continue to post to your account.
Automatic Transfers
Any automatic transfers you have scheduled with the credit union for your account will continue to process.. Any automatic transfers set up by members in Online Banking will no longer take effect and will need to be set up in our new online banking system.
Loan Payment Due Dates
If you have a loan with Members Choice CU, your payment date will remain the same.
iTalk
Audio Response is now iTalk, a 24/7 telephone banking system. This upgraded system will make it faster and easier for members to take care of their credit union business. This system allows account inquiries including balances and recent transactions, transfer funds, hear current rates, and much more.
Online & Mobile banking
Online Banking
Our upgraded online banking system will provide a much more user-friendly service. You will continue to visit www.mccu.net to access our online banking platform. If you have previously bookmarked an old login page, you will need to update your bookmark.
Mobile Banking
Mobile banking will also be more user-friendly. Mobile banking will include:
Mobile check deposit (restrictions may apply)
Mobile bill pay
Open a sub-share account
Add images/receipts to the transaction
Access budgeting/spending tools
Instant Messaging (available during business hours)
Mobile apps can be downloaded from the App Store® and Google Play. Search “MCCU” to find our new app. The icon has our logo.
Note: Online banking will not be available from 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31 until Friday, November 3. Beginning Friday, November 3 you will need to enroll in online banking to use online/mobile banking.

Yes, rest assured that any automatic deposits, or automatic withdrawals you currently have will continue to work as usual. -
I have a payment due on the 1st, how do I make sure it is paid on time?
Make any payments on October 31 or November 3. -
Will my checks still work?
Yes. You can continue to use your current checks just as you always have. -
Will I be able to access Audio Response Phone banking?
No. Phone banking will be unavailable from approximately 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31 until the new banking platform goes live on Friday, November 3. -
If I make a night drop on November 1, when will it process?
Any night drops left on November 1, or 2 will process on November 3. -
I need cash during the conversion time, will I be able to use the ATMs?
Yes, you will be able to access the ATMs during the conversion, but you will be unable to view your current balance from 3:00 pm, Monday, October 30 until Friday, November 3. *Withdrawal amounts may be limited, Prepare ahead of time and withdraw cash from the credit union. -
Will my debit card still work during the conversion?
Yes, but account limits may be limited during the conversion. -
